We want you to be happy with your purchase from Oreo Deals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unopened packaging
- Be in unused and undamaged condition
- Have all tags and labels attached
2. Items that are not eligible for return:
- Digital products (downloads)
3. To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at Support@oreodeals.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
